What is obedience? it is to obey by faith and show works. (saved)
Heb 5:7-8 During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. 8Although he was a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered.

We are simple people, doing things of least resistance is our nature, obeying is sometimes hard and requires us to do things that are not easy.
James 2:10 For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.
So for this we need to keep our heads in the game, ya obeying is hard, how easy it would be to just say “I’m not going to church today or read the Bible, because I’m tired or I just don’t feel like it”, this is disobedience, its all or nothing that is what God would want from us.

If we do not want to do the right thing, say we’re not in the mood, there you go, not obedient. It is that simple. This would be disobedient and disrespectful to God. That is our choice God will not take that away from us, but don’t expect blessing from him either. It won’t get easier as time passes either only harder.
Acts 24:25 25As Paul discoursed on righteousness, self-control and the judgment to come, Felix was afraid and said, “That’s enough for now! You may leave. When I find it convenient, I will send for you.”
We can’t wait for it to become easier or convenient. That is not how God works he expects all the proclaiming saved to be obedient.
Matthew 6:33 33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
I heard it put it this way, involvement in the Lords work is like disruptions of a new baby brings into a household. Waking at odd times on the night for his obedience.

Sometimes it is hard to understand Gods plan for us. But having faith to do Gods work will help. Look at Noah, Abraham and Moses talk about work and faith, those people never obeyed. Understanding can wait, but obedience cannot, that about sum’s it up.
